He lead the top government CIO class#16 as a Chairman for past 10years and later developed into CIO16 Association of Thailand. Since 2013, he have passed the baton on. With good track record of transparency and trust, he is elected as the President to lead the new structured Asean Chief Information Officer Association “ACIOA” for the next many years. Brigadier General Nicolas D Ojeda Jr (Ret) MIM CIO is currently the Deputy Executive Director for Cybersecurity and Operations of the Department of Information and Communications Technology. He graduated at the Philippine Military Academy, Strategic Human Resources Course, Advanced Management Program and Master in Information Management. He has more than 28 years in ICT and information security. He was a Signal Officer for 30 years. He was a Microwave Comms and Satellite Systems engineer, Head, Information Technology Division, and commanded the Philippines Army Management Information Center. He is certified Chief Information Officer (CIO) by the US Department of Defense.

He responsible for Indochina market covering Thailand Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar. His strong leadership has earned him the distinction as a Top 50 CEO of the year 2011 by Thailandâ€™s GM Magazine.
Anothai Wettayakorn had been Managing Director of Dell Corporation (Thailand) since early 2004, and General Manager for Dellâ€™s business in the Indochina region since 2007. He has primary responsibilities of providing strategic business direction, driving Dellâ€™s growth and operations in Indochina. Anothai also heads business development and drives expansion of the companyâ€™s distribution and partner network for the region.
Since joining Dell in 2004, Anothai has been instrumental in growing Dellâ€™s customer base in Indochina and strengthening the companyâ€™s position as a total IT solutions provider. Dell is today one of the leading IT solutions provider for the healthcare sector in Thailand and a leading PC brand in Indochina. With the integration between Dell and EMC, he is now been appointed as Vice President for Dell EMC in the region.
Prior to joining Dell, he worked with the SVOA Group, Compaq Computers (Thailand) and HP (Thailand). At HP, he began as a sales representative and progressed through several senior management positions in a short span of time, before leaving as General Manager for its Personal Computer Group.
Anothai holds a Masters in Computer Science, with a major in Internet and eCommerce Management from Assumption University of Thailand.
