The ICT Federation of Cambodia (ICTF) is an organisation founded in 2014, bringing together the many ICT associations of Cambodia under one unified identity. ICTF works closely with the Ministry of Post and Telecom of Cambodia to realise its vision of moving Cambodia forward into the digital age. Seeing the tremendous potential of ICT as a lever for change, ICTF seeks to leverage technology to improve and solve current challenges communities, businesses and government institutions face.

ICTF aims to build a strong federation to support growth of its ICT industry through actions including working with the government to establish and enforce fair competition legislation, lowering the barriers for new entrants to the ICT market, and partnering with various foreign ICT institutions to create new opportunities for collaboration between ICTF members and their foreign counterparts.
