The ACIOA is a non-profit organization governed by the standard covenants of an NPO. These covenants include a Constitution, a Code of Conduct, and Privacy Policies. The ACIOA is governed by a Board of Directors and is led at the organizational level by the President.
So as to insure membership equality, the governance of Chapters and the responsibilities of ACIOA Members are also defined in a codified set of rules. We provide full disclosure of all covenants and governance guidelines upon request.
