A serial entrepreneur who started a cybersecurity boutique distribution house since 2001 and has
since sold the company off; she then works with an American multinational – Netwitness a
cybersecurity company that addresses situational awareness and subsequently hired by Narus, a
subsidiary of Boeing to run the Asia consulting role. She has been a catalyst to spearhead one highly sensitive project in her early career for a first Asia Federated Security Operation Center.
At the same time of 2010, she designed the structure of ASEAN CIO Association – a non-profit
organization based in Bangkok, Thailand with several CIOs from large corporate and state-enterprise.  She is leading the role of Global relationship Officers handling all relationship, alliances and global partnership to drive the 10 initiatives and one core initiative is ASEAN Cybersecurity Collaboration Center. During Covid19 outbreak, she initiated the new-norm of online conversation to continue the engagement with CIOs and expertise on weekly LIVECHAT – Digital Channel and has been well received amongst ASEAN and internationally. She is the brainchild for ASEAN Green Communities Exchange program.

A passionate individual who is driven by the believes of a better world, she aligns on the United Nation Sustainable Development Goal and has since set foot on leading the conversation of “Funding should never be a showstopper to genuine individual or businesses who want change or generate an impact for a greater better world; she learned about crowdfunding in 2012 and has since became an advocator on where she sees crowdfunding changing the financial landscape to provide alternative to underserve, unbankable and the unknown in emerging countries across ASEAN terrain. She is recognized for creating values to SMEs in Thailand and supporting their growth beyond just funding.

She knew that she needs to do something more than just educating and has since setup two entities
in 2013. Holding the portfolio as founder of the Phoenixict Group of Companies, Phoenixict
Technologies, a business that entails business solution with latest technologies and providing solution to problem/challenges faced by government sector and businesses; Phoenixict Co., – Sinwattana is a full-fledged crowdfunding portal offerings social innovations and investment options for both equity and soon-to-be debt securities. She believes that social issues can be managed and innovated where alternative funding could be one solution combined with creativity and co-creations with community.  Her great faith in Thailand SMEs set her in pursuit for the crowdfunding license and secured approval on end 2018. Thailand closing first equity crowdfunding transaction was in Sinwattana portal and lining up in 2020 are a series of deal flows from various industry.

Creating the vision “nurture talent, innovate culture and bridge people/business to world class hub”.  Leveraging on crowd wisdom to support Thailand SMEs through crowdfunding and crowdsourcing is how she grounds her young team in serving “Sufficiency Economy”.
