Mr. Chaicharearn Atibaedya works in Petroleum Industry for more than 40 years in Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Strategic planning, ICT, R&D, Sustainability Management. He lead the top government CIO class#16 as a Chairman for past 10years and later developed into CIO16 Association of Thailand. Since 2013, he have passed the baton on. With good track record of transparency and trust, he is elected as the President to lead the new structured Asean Chief Information Officer Association (ACIOA) for the next many years. His background are Electrical & Mechanical Engineer and MBA.

Prior to that, he worked in Singapore Telecom and Cisco Systems. He holds two patents relating to edge service delivery and has a graduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a major in Communications from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Extensive 30-years experience in ICT, with emphasis in enterprise information system, broadband and mobile communication with in-depth experience in research, development, engineering and operation of IT system and network, including information security framework.
He hold position as Director General (Deputy Chairman) for Information Technology, Energy and Material/ Executive Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology – BPPT, Government of Indonesia, which serve various Ministries and Agencies of Indonesian government, including Ministry of Home Affairs (National e-ID), National Election Committee (e-Election, e-Voting), the Ministry of Defense (Enterprise Architecture for Defense Information System), Ministry of ICT (Digital TV Early Warning System), Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) and many e-Government projects in Regional Government. He is also an Expert Committee member of the Desk on Information Resilience and National Cyber Security (DK2ICN) at the Coordinating Ministry of Politics, Law and Defense.
He was the Director of ICT Center and previously serve as Director of Science and Technology Information Network (IPTEKnet) BPPT, the first licensed internet service provider in Indonesia (1995), and have held various positions in major Internet start-up companies as professional executive IT consultant. He serves as Expert Committee member of MASTEL (Indonesian Telecommunication Society)
He hold Doctor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) following his degree of Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Kentucky, USA and Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, majoring Electronics and Control System at ITB.
He has certification from Institute of Indonesian Engineers (BKE-PII) as Executive Principal Engineer and had receive training in ISMS, IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure Library, IT Security, IT Governance, Content Management System, Next Generation Network, Digital Security and Internet of Things.

H.E. SOK Puthyvuth was born in 1980 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He went to school in the United States in 1993, where he attended high school in Richmond, Virginia. Then he went on to attend Virginia Military Institute (Lexington, VA) in 1998, and obtain a BA in Economics and Business with minor in Computer Science in 2002. After which he went on to do his Master Program at EUROMED (Marseille, France) in Management, then worked in London, UK in 2004 for BNP in the banking sector. In 2005,​he came back to Cambodia and work in the accounting department with a local petroleum company, Kampuchea Tela Co., Ltd. And in 2007, he founded SOMA Group, which focuses on agriculture, education, and infrastructure, which include energy, water and construction.
In May 2014 he was elected as the president of Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF) which was found to unite all rice related associations in Cambodia into one in order to push toward development of rice industry as well as to improve the living standard in Cambodia.
In July 2014, he is also elected as the president of ICT Federation of Cambodia to unite all ICT related associations in Cambodia into one and to bring ICT as tools to improve the way of doing agriculture in Cambodia.
In the past 8 years, he has been working hard in modernizing the way we run organization. He has learnt how to use technology to help us improve our productivity and all aspect of our lives, especially in agriculture sector. Finally, he decided to dedicate most of his time to involve in rice and ICT sector in order to bring technology to help agriculture industry in Cambodia.
H.E. SOK Puthyvuth is married to Mrs. HUN Maly with three sons and one daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and social activities beside his tight working schedule.

Chairman of ID-SIRTII/CC (Indonesia-Security Incidents Response Team on Internet Infrastructure /Coordination Center)
Rudi Lumanto is Chairman of ID-SIRTII/CC (Indonesia-Security Incidents Response Team on Internet Infrastructure /Coordination Center), the National CSIRT of Indonesia that responsible for National Monitoring, Building and Maintaining Security on Internet Infrastructure of Indonesia. He has served Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Republic of Indonesia as the Senior Advisor till last October 2014, where he focused on national ICT policies for enhancing economy and sustainable development of Indonesia. He was also a member of Indonesia ICT Council.
Currently he also serves University of Indonesia as lecturer in the Graduate School for Information Network Security and involved in many community activities for strengthening public security awareness such as with IdNSA (Indonesia Network Security Association)
As the Chair of ID-SIRTII/CC, he made many international cooperations with international organizations as one of his strategies for strengthening national cyber security environment. Rudi Lumanto was born in Cirebon, West Jawa, Indonesia in 1967. He graduated from Chiba University for Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1988, Nagaoka University of Technology for Mater of Engineering degree in 1992 and University of Electro-Communications Tokyo for PhD degree in 2005 in Japan, respectively.

Brunei Darussalam Councilor, ACIOA
Wallace H.A. Koh is currently an advisor to a renowned software development company, Mars Enterprise in Brunei Darussalam. He graduated in Microbiology and Computer Science for Data Management from University of Toronto back in 1981 and 1984 respectively. He has since then served 32 years with the Government of Brunei Darussalam in various departments and has held different positions.
He joined Treasury Department as a System Analyst and later headed the IT division of Brunei Telecommunications Department and introduced the Internet Services to the public back in 1995. He has actively promoting computerization activities as a President of the Brunei Computer Society in 1992-1993 and has introduced his members to the early email service and first national computer exhibtion (BITEX). He chaired IT subcommittee for 2 International events namely ASEAN SEA Games in 1999 to provide online game results on the website for 21 sport events and APEC Summit 2000 to provide entire venue with Wifi access for event information and internet access.
In 2003, he moved on to work with Authority for Info-Communication Technology Industry (AITI), a telecommunication regulatory body to promote ICT industry development. He participated actively in ASEAN Telecommunication Working group and Senior official meetings since 2005. He obtained his MBA from Universiti Brunei Darussalam in 2008 and held the position of Assistant Chief Executive.
He headed a few ASEAN projects including orgainzing ASEAN ICT Awards since 2012 and ASEAN CIO Forum since 2012 as well as acting as ASEAN CIO Counsellor for Brunei Darussalam. He represented Brunei Darussalam as an active executive committee member of Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA) Alliance of 16 economies since 2007. He also participated as judge and head judge in different categories of the competitions. He also held the chairmanship of ICT Development Steering Group (DSG) of APEC Telecommunication Group (APECTEL) in 2014-2016 before retiring from the Government service.
He has received recognition for his great contribution and hard work with Excellent Work Award (PIKB, 2003) and Meritous Service (The Most Blessed Order of Setia Negara Brunei) Medal (PSB, 2011) as well as Long Service medal (PKL, 2012).
