Wesley has led the organic growth of WiseNet Asia into a regional integrated HR consulting firm providing executive search, career transitions services, learning & development, HR outsourcing services and Career coaching services. He has successfully partnered multinational clients in talents acquisition and development for the Real Estate, Healthcare & Financial Services industries in Asia, particularly in China & ASEAN.
PAST APPOINTMENT- Prior to starting WiseNet Asia, Wesley started his career with ITT Sheraton, Hawaii in 1994; he later joined Citibank, Hong Kong in 1996. Subsequently, he joined Morgan & Banks in Singapore in 2000. In 2011, he founded Wisenet Asia. He and his team project managed the talent acquisition services for Tianjin Eco City & Guangzhou Knowledge City project respectively. In 2017, WiseNet Asia set up an office at Chongqing and became the first Singapore HR consulting company in Chongqing and serve the 3rd G to G project for Singapore and China.
Wesley holds Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from Hawaii Pacific University, USA.
